If you’re trying to figure out how to delete a Pampers club account, don’t go searching on the website. (You won’t find it.)
You can only delete the account using the Pampers app. Logging into the Pampers website and then finding the Pampers Club page will direct you to a link to download the app.
Steps to deleting your account on the app:
- Touch the person symbol
- Touch “profile settings”
- Touch “delete my account”

3 Steps to Delete a Pampers Club Account:
1. Touch the person symbol
You’ll of course need to be logged in, so log in to the account you want to delete if you haven’t already.
Once you’re logged in and on the home page of the app, touch the small symbol of the person in the top left of the screen.
2. Touch “profile settings”
The next screen will look like the above picture except it should show your email address of your account. Next select “profile settings”.
3. Touch “delete my account”
Last step – touch delete my account to delete your account for good.
Will I lose my points if I delete my Pampers account?
Yes – sure will. Deleting your account deletes your Pampers cash balance and cancels emails from Pampers. The alert in the above picture will appear right before you delete your account.
